Effective March 5th, 2021, Bishop Dietsche removed Diocesan restrictions on public worship, subject to state guidelines. The protocols established last Spring for safe worship are still to be observed, including those related to the Eucharist, masking and social distance, and congregational singing.
In Person Worship Resumes
March 28th, 2021: Palm Sunday
A Note from Father Kevin:
Hello All Saints' family. What a beautiful week!
I feel like I am emerging like a spring flower, full of life and ready to bloom. As the warm weather and sun bring the flowers, the declining COVID numbers, vaccinations, and warm weather provide the conditions for us to be able to meet in person again. So we will begin meeting again outside for worship starting with Palm Sunday - March 28th. We will still mask up and keep our distance from each other. I hope this begins our slow ramp up toward normalcy.
For the rest of Holy Week, while we won't be able to do everything that we are used to, there will be opportunities to worship. For Good Friday, Deacon Ann and I will be preparing a self-guided Stations of the Cross. The sanctuary will be open from noon to 3:00 and directions will be set out in the narthex.
On Holy Saturday at 6:00 pm we will be doing a joint Easter Vigil with Trinity and St. Paul's in our courtyard. It will be somewhat augmented because we will be outside with diminishing day light.
Easter, like Palm Sunday, will be outside at 10:30 and will be live streamed for those who still don't feel comfortable gathering together. We have already ordered invitation postcards to be sent out to our neighbors within a mile radius of the church. This is a great time to invite your neighbor to join us. We have plenty of room to accommodate people outside!
I look forward to seeing everybody in person!

Except as noted for Holy Days, above, we will hold one service on Sundays, outdoors in the courtyard with weather permitting, at 10:30 a.m. Masks are required. At this time we are not holding public services indoors; we invite you to join virtually if services are cancelled due to bad weather. We are mindful that many will not be ready to join us in person right away. We encourage each person to make use of our virtual and online resources until the time comes that you are personally comfortable returning to public worship services.
- Services will be livestreamed on our Facebook page and YouTube channel, either from the courtyard (if open to the public) or from the sanctuary (if public worship was cancelled due to weather). Please use the notification features through your preferred platform to be alerted when we open the livestream or post content. You do not need a Facebook or YouTube account to watch, but you will need an account to get notifications or to interact with us online.
- Communion will be only in “one kind,” meaning bread alone, as per Bishop Dietsche's directives of last year.
- In the event of bad weather, the service will be cancelled.
- Please stay home if you have a weakened immune system, or if anyone in your household has a fever or other symptoms of illness.
- Everyone must wear a mask. We will have spares available for those who forget them.
- Bring your own seat or blanket. We will have a few backup chairs for visitors.
- Social distancing will be maintained by household unit.
- There is no choir or congregational singing for now.
- There will be no passing of the peace, handshaking, hugging, etc.
- Service will start promptly at 10:30, and there will be no coffee hour, etc. afterward.
- The inside of the building is still closed to the public. Bathrooms will be available for emergencies only.
The flowers that enhance our Easter worship are made possible by contributions given as memorials or "thanksgivings" for our loved ones. If you would like to support the work of our altar guild and make a contribution, you may use one of the following methods. Please make sure you include the person's name(s) and whether the donation is made "in memory" or "in thanksgiving":
Send names by email to our Parish Administrator, Sara: .
Print this downloadable flower form, clearly print your names and send the form along with your donation by check to the parish office. The absolute deadline to ensure that the names are published in the Easter bulletins is Monday March 29, although donations will be accepted in support of this ministry through Easter Sunday. While there is no set contribution, we hope you will give as generously as possible. Please mark your checks with the memo "Easter Memorials".
Cleanup/Workday March 20th
Please join us on Saturday, March 20th from 9:00 a.m. to noon as we clean up our grounds. We will let you know of important updates and changes to our service schedule. We send a weekly email on Wednesday with worship resources, information about upcoming events, and more.
For our parishioners who have limited access to email/internet, or who have difficulty engaging with the online format, we will send print copies of sermons, announcements, devotionals and other materials. Please contact Sara in the office to request this.
Many of our ministries are continuing to meet virtually, including choir, Women's Bible Study, book group, and REPAIR.
